What does “Honda Powerhouse” mean?

It’s a designation from American Honda. A Powerhouse dealer sells new Honda products exclusively in a retail facility designed and approved by American Honda, and maintains Honda Powerhouse Certified Operations — customer-satisfaction commitments American Honda sets for the buying and ownership experience. Honda of Lafayette is the only Powerhouse dealer in Acadiana.

Do you only sell Honda?

Yes. We’re a Honda dealer for side-by-sides, ATVs, motorcycles, dirt bikes, scooters and Honda generators. We don’t sell boats or marine engines.

What’s added to the price I see online?

The big number on each listing is the total price: the machine, Honda’s destination charge and our dealer fees, before tax, title and license. Our dealer fees are a $395 documentation fee and dealer setup on vehicles ($95 for ATVs, $195 for side-by-sides, $180 for motorcycles and dirt bikes). A unit on sale lists its own fees, and every listing and build itemizes them. Tax, title and registration are added at purchase.

Can I finance?

Yes. Our finance team works with American Honda Finance first, with Sheffield (a great option for used machines) and Octane as other options. Every model page has a payment estimator, and you can prepare your financing information online. Nothing on this site pulls your credit.

Do you take trade-ins? Will you buy my machine?

Yes to both, and it doesn’t have to be a Honda. Send the details and a few photos through Trade Value, or bring it by. A value we give from photos is based on what you tell us; we confirm it with a quick look at the machine.

Do you service what you sell?

Yes. Our service department works on Honda side-by-sides, ATVs, motorcycles, dirt bikes and generators. Request an appointment online or call the service desk.
